Our digital products are transferred digitally and as such there are no shipping costs. Physical products such as T-shirts incur shipping costs, and import tax and VAT may apply. T-shirts are printed on demand by our production partner and shipped directly to you: production usually takes 2–5 business days, and standard delivery takes 5–20 business days after that, depending on your country. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and you receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes are set by your country and paid on delivery. If your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at support(at)rapidflow.shop within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Digital products are sent by email immediately after payment (download links, licence keys or access links). If you don't receive them within a few minutes, check your spam folder, make sure the email address on your Apple Pay, PayPal or Shop Pay account is correct, or contact us at support(at)rapidflow.shop.
