If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, except where this right does not apply by law (see "Digital products and courses" below).
How to withdraw
1. Fill in the form below with your name and the email address you used for the order.
2. Copy the text below into the Comment box, add your order number (it's in your order confirmation email), then click Send. Giving a reason is optional.

We confirm receipt by email straight away, with the date and time we received your request. You can also email us at support(at)rapidflow.shop.
Digital products and courses. Our plugins, templates, sample packs, presets, masterclasses and FLOW Collective are supplied immediately after purchase. At checkout you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins, so the right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery or access has begun (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). We will still acknowledge your request and reply. Faulty products are always covered: see our Refund policy.
