Scope
We sell digital products (templates, samples, instruments) delivered by download or online activation. This policy explains when refunds or cancellations apply to purchases made on this site.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14‑day right to withdraw from distance contracts without giving any reason. That 14‑day period normally starts from the day after the contract is concluded.
Waiver of the right of withdrawal for digital content
Our products are delivered immediately as digital content. Under EU law, you may give your explicit consent to start the performance of the contract immediately. If you do so, you will lose your 14‑day right of withdrawal as soon as performance begins.
By completing a purchase on our site you must:
1. Accept our End User License Agreement and Terms & Conditions; and
2. Give your explicit consent for immediate download/activation and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal.
Both consents are captured via separate, unchecked checkboxes at checkout and are required to complete the purchase. If you do not provide the explicit consent to immediate performance, you retain the 14‑day right of withdrawal and may cancel your order within that period.
Refunds and statutory remedies
- If you expressly consent to immediate delivery and the download/activation begins, the statutory 14‑day withdrawal right is forfeited and we generally do not issue refunds because of a change of mind.
- If the digital product is defective, corrupted, or materially non‑conforming, you retain statutory rights. In such cases we will remedy the situation by repair, replacement, or refund as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- If you did not give the required explicit consent at checkout and you cancel within the 14‑day withdrawal period, we will refund you using the same payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.
How to request a refund or report a problem
If you believe your digital product is defective or not as described, contact us at: support (at) rapidflow.shop with:
- your order number;
- a description of the problem; and
- any supporting files/screenshots.
We will acknowledge your request and inform you of next steps. Where a refund is due under the law, we will process it promptly.
Evidence of consent and record keeping
We record and retain proof of the consents you give at checkout (timestamp, order ID, IP address, and the exact text presented at the time of purchase). Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase and the consents you provided.
If delivery fails or is delayed
If we fail to deliver or activate your purchase immediately due to technical error and performance has not actually begun, your statutory withdrawal right is preserved until delivery/activation is performed.
Exceptions & other rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or non‑conforming goods under applicable law. It also does not apply to physical goods (if any).
